We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Digital Marketing Assistant to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will be responsible for driving digital marketing strategies while also supporting operational tasks within the marketing department. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance online presence and engagement.
• Manage social media channels by posting advertisements, monitoring engagement, and analyzing performance.
• Handle marketing-related calls, ensuring messages are distributed accurately and efficiently.
• Address technical issues reported by clients/tenants, coordinate with relevant teams, and follow up on resolutions.
• Maintain and manage database records, including property management expenses and bills.
• Assist in updating and maintaining marketing department documentation and databases.
• Coordinate activities with clients, management staff, and team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Analyze and manage incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and electronic mail.
• Provide creative input for content development and marketing campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, including strategy development and execution.
• Proficiency in social media platforms, social media analysis, and performance tracking.
• Strong creativity in developing content and marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with teams.
• Strong computer skills, especially with spreadsheet applications and database management.
• Experience with customer service or client relations is a plus.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
